• What is DoGolf?

  DoGolf offers its community of golf-focused followers exclusive discounts on services and products they love while providing golf courses and merchants the opportunity to increase their exposure and generate additional income. For more information, learn How It Works.

• How much does it cost to join DoGolf?

  DoGolf is absolutely free! All you need to do is subscribe to begin benefitting from our deals in your area!

• Do I need to print my voucher?

  Yes. You must provide the golf course with the printed voucher.

• How do I use the deal I purchased?

  Sign in to DoGolf and click “Purchases” in the upper right hand corner. Your user-specific purchases will appear for you to view and/or print.

• Do I need an ID to redeem my voucher?

  Not typically, but it’s wise to have one just in case!

• Do I have to sign up others to get the deal?

  No, but it’s always advisable to send the deal you want to your friends and family so that they can benefit as well. Usually you’ll be able to get the relevant deal without the help of your network, but we prefer everyone see our amazing deals!

• Can I still buy a deal I missed?

  Unfortunately you can no longer purchase a deal once you have missed it. Please be sure to subscribe so that you don’t miss another fantastic opportunity in the future!

• How do I share with friends?

  Sign in to DoGolf and you’ll see buttons in the form of logos for Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin or to email. Choose the method you prefer to share the deal and your network will soon benefit from the same deal you have!

• How do I use a credit?

  A credit is automatically applied when you make your next purchase.

• How long is a credit valid?

  120 days.

• How do I get a deal I want?

  You must click “Buy” before the offer expires on our site. Assuming the minimum number of people have bought the deal, you will receive an email with your voucher, or you can view it on our site. We only charge your credit card if the stated minimum number of people have purchased the offer. If our minimum redemption isn’t met, no one receives the deal. As such, if you want a deal, it’s always in your best interest to share it with your entire network.

• What happens if DoGolf doesn’t hit the threshold of purchasers required to activate the offer?

  If we can’t generate enough sales to activate a deal, the offer will be cancelled and no one will be charged. To ensure you receive the deals you want, you must tell your friends!

• How long is a DoGolf voucher valid?

  Each voucher has a different expiration date, so be sure to check yours to utilize your voucher within the allotted time period. Expiration dates typically run 90 days from the offer run date but can be shorter or longer depending upon the deal.

• How do I actually use the DoGolf voucher I bought?

  You’ll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your DoGolf voucher. This DoGolf email will have all the information you need to redeem the offer and enjoy your deal.

• Can I buy a DoGolf voucher as a gift for someone?

  Yes. We tell all the golf courses and merchants we work with that DoGolf vouchers can be used as gifts, and unless otherwise stated, assume you can buy a friend a DoGolf voucher. DoGolf will always give you the option to purchase our vouchers for a friend if the option exists.

• But what if my name is on the DoGolf voucher — can it still be used as a gift?

  Yes, this does not matter. Our golf courses are aware the vouchers can be used as gifts and will still accept it.

• Do I have to use the DoGolf voucher I just bought all at once?

  Yes. You are not allowed to spread it over a period of time — your DoGolf voucher has to be used on a single deal. Unless stated otherwise, you will not receive a credit or cash back for whatever part of the DoGolf voucher you don’t use.

• Can I combine my DoGolf voucher with other offers or specials?

  Not unless the DoGolf voucher states otherwise.

• Will I be charged as soon as I buy a DoGolf voucher?

  No. We only charge your credit card if the DoGolf deal reaches the minimum number of redemptions required to activate the deal.

• What are the Terms & Conditions of the deal?

  Each deal has specific terms associated with it, which will be presented to you at the time you commit to purchase the particular deal. Deal-specific terms supersede any inconsistent terms in our general Terms & Conditions, except to the extent such terms are prohibited by applicable law.

• Is my credit card safe with DoGolf?

  DoGolf takes the safety of your credit card details very seriously. At no time is your personal information stored on our system. All customer data is stored safely in a PCI Level 1 Compliant service (Braintree Payment Solutions). No credit card information is stored on the DoGolf servers.

• Can I return a DoGolf voucher?

  Yes. If you change your mind, as long as it is within five (5) days from the time that you purchased a deal, you may return it for a full refund. Our goal is to ensure you have a great experience, so if you do have any problems simply contact our customer service team at support@dogolf.com. We take any issues you may have had very seriously and while we do not guarantee a refund except as described elsewhere, we will do our best to work with the business to solve the problem to your satisfaction.

• What happens if my DoGolf voucher expires?

  Once a voucher meets its expiration date, it will lose its promotional value, but you can still redeem it for the price you actually paid for it (according to the length of time stated by the gift certificate laws in your state).

• What happens if the business that offers the DoGolf voucher I bought closes down?

  If this is the case, or if a similar scenario occurs, we will give you a refund for the deal you purchased.

• How do I get my business featured on DoGolf?

  Follow the information on our Get Featured page and fill out the requested form.

• Why aren’t there more DoGolf vouchers?

  We work hard to bring the most relevant, cost effective deals to our golf community. We don’t want to overwhelm you with deals just for the sake of offering them. We will always strive to bring you the very best deals in your territory.

• When will DoGolf come to my city?

  We’re currently working to bring deals to a variety of territories. If you’d like to help us launch DoGolf in your city or want to Get Featured there, please let us know.
