DoGolf.com, LLC (“DoGolf”, “us”, “we”, “our”) maintains the right, with or without permission, to, from time to time, make changes to the policy herein. Personal Information:

We collect the information you provide us with when you join DoGolf by registering, subscribing, creating an account, making a purchase or otherwise interacting with DoGolf. This information includes but is not limited to your email address, password, name, phone number, age, sex, and geographical location. All passwords are stored on our server, but password confidentiality is your responsibility. If you lose your password, we will generate a new one and send it to you. Vouchers require submission of credit card information to secure the Voucher. Your credit card must be valid as of the date at the end of the Voucher Term. Should your credit card be declined, you are responsible to provide a separate credit card. Failure to provide payment may result in Merchant pursuit of legal action to recover payment based on breach of your payment obligation. However, credit cards will never be charged until the Vouchers purchased have reached the threshold at which such a Voucher activates. If you use a social media or your mobile device (or other method of communication) to interact with DoGolf, those additional methods may have a specific privacy statement that governs the use of Personal Information related to that application.

Other Information Collected:

We collect information regarding use of the Site, such as computer-related information (browser type you used, your Internet Protocol address, last URL visited, and the date and time of day of your login). We may send a “cookie” or “pixel tag” to your computer which contains an identification number that is unique to the computer you are using. You may decline to provide personal information to us and/or refuse cookies in your browser, although some of our features or services may not function properly as a result, and some services may not be available. Referring other people:

We allow you to refer friends to DoGolf and our deals. If you wish to refer friends to deals that you have purchased we provide you with a unqiue referral link, which you can share via email or social media. From time to time DoGolf may run promotions that allow you to earn reward credit if users perform certain actions by accessing DoGolf or a DoGolf deal through the unique link that you provided them. DoGolf does not collect any Personal Information about the individuals that you share your link with until the person visits DoGolf.
